This website (“Website”) is owned by Singapore Airlines Foundation Ltd. (“SIAF”). By using this Website, you indicate your agreement to be bound by these Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these Conditions of Use, do not use the Website. 

1. Restrictions on use of materials

1.1  Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials available on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photographs, audio, video, documents, and other materials ("Materials"), are owned by or licensed to SIAF or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 

1.2  Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or with the prior written consent of SIAF (or the relevant rights holder, where applicable), you must not use the Materials in any manner, including to reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, display, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit them. You must not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Materials, nor use any automated means (including bots, spiders, scrapers, or data mining tools) to access, collect, extract, or copy any Materials from this Website without the prior written consent of SIAF. Any modification of the Materials or any use of the Materials other than expressly permitted under these Conditions of Use, constitutes an infringement of the copyright and other intellectual property rights of SIAF and/or the relevant rights holders and may result in legal action.

1.3  Nothing in these Terms grants any licence or right (whether expressly, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise) to use any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of SIAF or any third party, except as expressly set out in these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by SIAF.

You agree to use this Website in accordance with these Conditions of Use and for lawful and proper purposes. You agree to be responsible for all matters arising from your use of this Website. Further, you agree:

  • Not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access, via whatever means, to any of SIAF’s systems
  • Not to use this Website in any manner which breaches any applicable law or regulation or which causes or may cause an infringement of any third party rights;
  • Not to post, transmit or disseminate any information on or via this Website which may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or illegal or create liability on SIAF’s part;
  • Not to disrupt, interfere or attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation or functionality of this Website; and
     

If SIAF (in its sole discretion) believes that you are in breach, or will be in breach, of any of these Conditions of Use, SIAF reserves its right to deny you access to this Website without giving you a reason and/or without further reference to you.

The information and materials contained in this Website have been compiled in good faith by SIAF, but may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. 9. General

9.1  SIAF may amend, vary or change any part of the Website or the materials and information contained therein (including these Conditions of Use) at any time at its sole discretion without notice. SIAF may deny access to this Website to anyone at any time.

9.2  Any clause of these Conditions of Use which is or may become illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction shall be ineffective only to the extent of such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability in that jurisdiction without affecting the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Use in that jurisdiction or of all of the provisions of these Conditions of Use in all other jurisdictions.

9.3  No failure or delay by SIAF in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Conditions of Use will operate as a waiver, nor will any single or partial exercise by SIAF of any right, power or remedy preclude any other or further exercise of that or any other right, power or remedy by SIAF.

9.4 These Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the Republic of Singapore shall have absolute and exclusive jurisdiction.
