Youth Outreach Programme

The Youth Outreach Programme is an immersive programme that offers secondary school and pre-university students early, meaningful exposure to the aviation ecosystem.

Through structured learning journeys and behind-the-scenes access over three days, students build confidence, broaden career aspirations, and develop future-ready skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving and a service mindset.

Inclusive Impact

Prioritising students from disadvantaged backgrounds, those with learning needs, or those exhibiting at-risk behaviours by connecting them to opportunities, role models, and networks they might not otherwise have.

Explore Career Possibilities

Providing real workplace exposure to build employability skills needed in Singapore and help students discover potential career pathways in aviation.

Before this programme, I did not have a lot of knowledge about the aviation industry. I got to explore different roles which allowed me to learn about future job prospects and understand the work that goes on behind the scenes. This is something I don't experience as a passenger.
